- By entering the drawing for the $1,000 Target gift card, students may receive information from the advertisers and sponsors. Click here for complete privacy rules.
- To officially enter to win the Target gift card, you must either complete the reader survey card in this issue of Florida Trend's NEXT or register online at FloridaNEXT.com.
- Promotion open only to currently enrolled Florida students in grades 9 through 12.
- ONE entry per student, either on the entry card in this magazine or on the FloridaNEXT.com website, not both. Duplicates will be disqualified.
- By participating in this promotion, each contestant agrees to be bound by the Official Contest Rules.
- Prize is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
- Prize drawing will be held July 2008. Prize is awarded based on a random drawing from the eligible pool of entries. The name of the winner will be posted on the website August 2008.
- The winner will be notified by e-mail, registered mail or telephone immediately after the drawing. The winner will have two weeks from the initial notification to accept their prize.
- The sponsor, Florida Trend's NEXT, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value due to prize unavailability or other circumstances beyond its control.
- Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
- Employees, officers and directors of Trend Magazines Inc., Times Publishing Company, their affiliates and agencies, their immediate family members, (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and/or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to win.
- All entries are the property of Florida Trend's NEXT, will not be returned and may be used in its mailing lists.
- Drawing results will be available after August 2008 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Florida Trend's NEXT, P.O. Box 611, St. Petersburg, FL 33731-9975. Results will also be posted on the contests & prizes section of the site.
